Introduction

the deep pleated HEPA filters, made of stainless steel frame or galvanized or aluminum alloy,

glass fiber filter media folded to make large air filter area, the filter media as separated by

aluminum foil corrugated or paper corrugated;

the HEPA filters are designed for cleanrooms applications, such as pharmaceutical, hospital and food

processing, laboratories`  cleanrooms terminal HVAC system filtration.

Quality control: test every HEPA filters before leaving the factory by DOP or MPPS according to EN:1822;

Specifications:

1. frame: galvanized steel, stainless steel, particle wooden, alu board and so on;

2. filter media: glass fiber;

3. separator: aluminum foil corrugated, or paper corrugated;

4. sealant: polyurethane;

5. gasket: neoprene
